Ethical channel

CIALFIR, S.L. belongs to a business group firmly committed to regulatory compliance, good practices, transparency, equality, sustainability and efficiency, both in relations with employees and third parties. In order to comply with these principles, an Ethical Channel has been implemented throughout the group, which can be used by any person. The Ethical Channel allows communications to be carried out securely, confidentially and anonymously through a digital platform where the informant can remain in contact with the organization while preserving his or her identity. For this purpose, a procedure and a Committee has been created to promote and manage this Channel.

 

 

Access to the Ethical Channel

The information provided through the Ethics Channel will be processed for the sole purpose of analyzing, detecting, reporting and, where appropriate, preventing potentially unlawful conduct. The Ethics Channel is managed by an external entity, thus guaranteeing maximum confidentiality, independence, efficiency and objectivity with respect to the communications made.
